An Awards Night Fit for a Lord

This client was looking to host their annual awards night and welcome delegates from across the country with the generosity of a lord, so naturally we hosted this event at Casa Loma in Toronto. The challenge? This client was based out of town and would only be coming in on the day of the event. This meant that, in partnership with Carol Priest Entertainment, they were trusting us to recommend and hire vendors that would wow their guests. We answered the call by welcoming individuals with heralding trumpets and butler to escort them to the back patio where they enjoyed passed wine, hors d'oeuvres, and entertainment from a jester, magician, and strolling violinist. Next, we offered them dinner in the library where we had a strolling harpist play a soft dinner music set until and awards were given and a dessert spread laid out in the conservatory featuring an ice cream bar.

Our client had a very specific idea of what they wanted but needed our help to find the local talent and pieces to put it together so they could just drop in and enjoy their event. Thanks to our great industry connections and vendor recommendations, this client had their regal vision come to life.
